1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jll55 ("we", "us", "our", "jll55"), a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) licensed online gaming operator. By accessing jll55.cam, creating an account, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jll55 services and close your account. Continued use of our platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with jll55, as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years will be immediately suspended, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

We employ geolocation technology to verify your location. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws, and are not registered in any self-exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or jll55.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access jll55 gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Each person is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jll55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. We process verification requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll55 username and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. jll55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Do not share your account with any third party, including family members or friends.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jll55 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, online banking (InstaPay, PESONet), and over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven CLiQQ and Cebuana Lhuillier. Minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. We reserve the right to reverse any deposit and close your account if we determine funds originated from a source other than your own verified payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and 1-4 hours for VIP accounts. Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. First-time withdrawals require identity verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name matching your jll55 account registration details.

jll55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 or where we have reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending completion of such checks.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended), deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. For deposits made via cash-based methods (over-the-counter), a 3x rollover requirement applies. We maintain the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by jll55 (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes) are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jll55 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed to constitute abuse of promotional offers. We reserve the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Standard wagering requirements for jll55 bonuses are 30x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20% or be entirely excluded. Check individual bonus terms for specific contribution rates.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on jll55 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game. While games are mathematically random, short-term results may vary significantly from theoretical RTP.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

6.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, your active bets will continue to completion according to the game rules. 7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you can request self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or play games. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jll55.cam, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of jll55 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jll55 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jll55 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of jll55 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of jll55 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jll55 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms

jll55 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to jll55.cam. We will notify users of material changes via email or account notification. Your continued use of jll55 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jll55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

13.2 Involuntary Termination

jll55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
